  Jakarta - Makassar - Toraja (L D)

  Day 1. Your journey begins with an independent check-in at the airport in Jakarta for your flight to Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar. Upon arrival, our professional tour leader (tour co-host) will warmly welcome you to begin a picturesque drive along the South Sulawesi coastline, passing through traditional Bugisnese villages with their unique stilt houses. We will enjoy a fresh seafood lunch in the seaside town of Pare-Pare before ascending towards the highlands. In the afternoon, we will stop at Puncak Lakawan to witness the spectacular view of the legendary Mount Nona. Arriving in Rantepao by late evening, you will enjoy a welcoming dinner at a hand-picked local restaurant before settling into your hotel.

  Explore Tana Toraja (B L D)

  Day 2. After breakfast, the second day is dedicated to a full exploration of Toraja’s unique cultural heritage. We will visit Lemo to see the rows of Tau-Tau statues and hanging graves, followed by a visit to Kambira to discover the secrets of the sacred Baby Trees. The journey continues to Suaya, the hillside graveyard of the Sangalla Kings, and the ancient cave tombs of Londa. To complete the experience, we will visit Kete Kesu, one of Toraja’s oldest villages, featuring magnificent Tongkonan houses and ornate rice barns. For a more personal touch, we offer an optional special outdoor picnic-style lunch amidst the serene Torajan nature or a traditional meal at a local restaurant to truly savor the highland atmosphere.

  Toraja - Makassar - Jakarta (B L D)

  Day 3. On your final morning, we will rise early and drive to Lolai, famously known as the "Land Above the Clouds," to witness a magical sunrise over the mist-covered valleys of Rantepao. After this spiritual morning experience, we will return to the hotel for a well-deserved breakfast and check-out preparations. Before leaving the highlands, we will continue our journey to the majestic Jesus Blessing Statue (Patung Tuhan Yesus Memberkati) in Buntu Burake to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of Toraja from one of the tallest statues of its kind in the world. We then begin our scenic drive back to Makassar, with a scheduled lunch stop in Pare-Pare. Upon arrival at Hasanuddin Airport, our driver will ensure a timely transfer for your return flight to Jakarta or your city of origin, marking the end of a profound cultural odyssey.
