These terms and conditions govern the agreement between you and PT Galeri Ayo Liburan Indonesia for the purchase of tour packages and related travel services. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
1.2. A contract between the Company and the Client is formed once the Company issues a written booking confirmation and receives the required deposit or full payment.
1.3. Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, mobility assistance) must be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2.2. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the tour departure date.
2.3. Late Bookings: For bookings made less than 7 days before departure, full payment is required immediately at the time of booking.
2.4. Payment Methods: We only accept payments via bank transfer to the company's accounts at BCA 6130708666 and BNI 1134390921, both under the name of PT Galeri Ayo Liburan Indonesia.

3. PRICING AND INCLUSIONS/EXCLUSIONS
3.1. Inclusions: The tour price includes only the items explicitly listed in the package description (e.g., accommodation, transportation, specific meals, entrance fees).
3.2. Exclusions: The price excludes items not mentioned in the inclusions, such as international/domestic flights (unless stated), travel insurance, driver/guide tips, personal expenses, and meals not specified in the itinerary.
3.3. Price Changes: The Company reserves the right to adjust tour prices in response to significant changes in fuel costs, taxes, or exchange rates. Any price increase will be notified to the Client at least 7 days before departure.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
4.1. Cancellation by the Client: Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). The following cancellation fees apply based on when the notice is received:
* 30+ days before departure: Loss of deposit only.
* 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
* 0-14 days before departure or "no show": 100% of the total tour price.
4.2. Cancellation by the Company: In rare circumstances, the Company may have to cancel a tour. If this occurs, the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made. The Company is not liable for any incidental expenses the Client may have incurred.
4.3. Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for any unused services, meals, or itinerary items the Client chooses to skip.
5. CHANGES AND ITINERARY VARIATIONS
5.1. Changes by the Client: Any changes requested by the Client after booking confirmation may incur administrative fees and additional costs from suppliers.
5.2. Changes by the Company: While we aim to follow the agreed itinerary, the Company reserves the right to make minor modifications to the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or force majeureevents (e.g., weather, road closures, political instability).
6. TRAVEL INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
6.1. Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers to cover cancellation fees, medical expenses, personal loss, and repatriation.
6.2. Liability Limitation: The Company acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (hotels, transport providers, etc.). We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident, or delay caused by these third parties or by the Client's own actions.
6.3. Insurance Coverage: All of our packages are covered by insurance from Zurich Indonesia.
7. PASSPORT, VISA, AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
7.1. It is the Client's sole responsibility to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, permits, and comply with all health and vaccination requirements for the destination country.
8. GOVERNING LAW
8.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesi
