Our editorial team recently celebrated a remarkable milestone as we successfully launched the first edition of Bali CookOut #1 at the breathtaking Lemukih Eco Village on September 12th. Driven by the core philosophy of Jelajah Pelan (managed by GoH Indonesia), this specialized series brought our signature open-air cooking and aesthetic picnic experience into the deep heart of Bali's countryside, creating a beautiful blend of active culinary discovery and nature immersion.

The absolute highlight of the trip was witnessing the active participation and camaraderie of the group as they stepped away from conventional dining to embrace outdoor cooking. Facilitated by our dedicated tour leader and field crew, the participants managed everything from chopping fresh local culinary ingredients to firing up the grills in the open air. Cooking in the heart of nature presented its own unique challenges, but the crisp mountain breeze and magnificent vistas made the hours fly by, turning every unexpected adaptation into a shared moment of joy.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participants for being an essential part of this beautiful beginning. This first edition marks an incredible stepping stone for our upcoming adventures, including the highly anticipated Bali CookOut #2 at Hutan Pinus Glagahlinggah Kintamani.
