The Electrician Bootcamp: Empowering Excellence in Nusa Dua

In March 2023, our editorial team had the privilege of hosting the PT Schneider Electric Indonesia Electrician Bootcamp in Bali. This dynamic program brought together a diverse group of participants from Jakarta, West Java, East Java, and Bali for an intensive four-day event from March 6th to 9th, 2023. Flying with the national flag carrier, Garuda Indonesia, the group gathered at the prestigious Courtyard by Marriott Nusa Dua for a series of high-impact sessions.

To balance the intensive bootcamp agenda, the participants were invited to explore the adventurous side of Bali. The itinerary included a visit to the lush landscapes of Ubud for an adrenaline-pumping ATV ride, allowing the team to bond amidst the island’s natural beauty. This combination of focused learning and outdoor excitement was designed to foster both innovation and lasting camaraderie among the participants.

The bootcamp reached its memorable conclusion with a classic sunset dinner on the white sands of Jimbaran Beach, providing a serene moment of reflection and celebration.
